When you get to a place where you understand that love and belonging, your worthiness, is a birthright and not something you have to earn, anything is possible ~ Brene Brown
Do you find yourself?
- Confused about what you want out of your life?
- Struggling to make the right choices for you?
- Feeling anxious, sad or having difficulty adjusting to a major life change?
- Wishing that you could have healthier and more meaningful relationships?
- Wanting to improve your communication with others?
- Seeking insight and self-awareness?
Sometimes as we move into mid-life, our roles and thus a part of our identity begin to shift leaving us feeling unsettled, off balance or dissatisfied. Major disruptions or an unexpected loss can send us reeling and our once reliable sense of security or place in the world is no longer there. Perhaps you’re looking for an objective perspective on something bothering you, feeling stuck, or you’re looking to answer existential questions about your life?
As a woman also in mid-life, I truly enjoy the journey of working one on one with women as we explore together some of the existential questioning that rises up naturally, and walk with you as you seek the direction of your North Star. Coming from a place of curiosity and compassion you can continue or gently begin the ongoing process of engaging with your experiences past, present and future. When you’re ready, you can leave behind what no longer serves you, making peace with what hurt you, staying in the moment today, knowing all the while that you are the author of your life and can turn the page and write a new chapter as you envision it.
While talking is one way to create change so is making art, or allowing the unconscious mind to reveal your inner world in a sand tray. Using images and color to express your new you by creating a vision board, or journaling your experience as a keepsake of your journey. This is not the end but the beginning! When you’re ready, I’m ready.
